Last Dinner session of Restaurant

Tonite is my last nite of doing serving in Four Season, our lecturer asked us to invite our family for have dinner at the last nite…of course, i asked my family to come.. as well as my two best frens in New Zealand – May Sze and Keat.

Apparently, Keat is my best guy fren in NZ.. and we actually like sister brother now.. and calling each other “mui mui” and i call him “brother” lol..i wont call him “kor kor” coz i only will called some one that.. but he is not here any more..

oh well, back to topic.. i made booking for my family.. table of 7 ppls.. and…! i have to serve them. it is really feel weird that we have to serve our own family with “pro”side..but that is the main reason why i invited my family to Four Season.

I went there at 5pm to start set up the restaurant and played around with my classmate.. today restaurant was different as usual, other group of class came to our class as well.. we usually got 10 ppls in our class… but tonite.. coz other class joined us, we got almost 20 ppls!!!! omg.. and its just made everything soo hard to organized…

but today’s business is the best nite ever in these 6 weeks, we got 30 ppls for tonite.. is full house already wor…^^ so some table are serve by two students, and like my table.. i need extra one person to help me carried all 7 plates of food at once together…our day of mattress’s D is Nicky today, she put me and a korean gal named DEE from other class to help me..

When come to 6.30pm, my family stil havent came yet coz of parking issue.. haiz.. my dad.. just sucks of finding parking.. especially in the City as well.. so they arrived around 6.45pm~ 

when they came in already, i seat them down…
then i pour the water for them..
Dee went served them the bread…
and then..!

STUPID may sze and keat were like keep disturb me.. and keep complain this.. complaint that…walao! i know i am not Pro compare to others day… may be coz i serving my own fren and family.. haiz.. totaly failed….>_<

well, i dunno what am i doing it for the whole nite.. i only know that served them, and keat, may sze and my family keep tease me for the whole night.. haiz.. any way, i didnt do much in the restaurant.. i keep serve my family, keep the dishes, and served the meal again.. and then water.. wine.. blah blah…

when they finish all the courses of the nite, its already almost 9pm.. is their time to go .. after they paid, they went out and wait for me finish class.. and me and my class mate clean the table, clean the restaurant.. and setting up for tomolo..

and then, our lecturer had a briefing.. talked about today.. and then let us to drink some free white wine.. ^^ but too bad.. i cant drink..oh ya! today Yee Chan joined our class, geez..~ he and Min keep bullied me.. and keep kick my leg, both of them just want me to fell over and to be embrassing of myself.. but Min is sooo nice to me today, he keep asked did i need help or not for served the food…

coz  my family got 7 ppls, and two of us only can took 3 plates at once.. so we stil need another extra person to help us to carry the last plate.. ^^ and Min was soo nice tonite and he is the one keep helpin us.. ^^

Tonite, i am really very happy… thanks to my family.. especially my dad.. he purposely finish work early and rush all the way from his work and went home get changed AND came to my uni just for me…

May sze finish class quite early, but she stay in the city and then didnt eat anything just for waiting for my special “SERVICE”.. LOL..oh ya. she told me that she purposely wear her heels just coz of me.. =_=!!!

Keat!!! he came here all the way just coz i asked him to come to.. ^^

at first, i am really worried that Keat will be left out coz he and my family is not as close as may sze with my family.. but, i jst worried too much.. keat and my family actually get along not bad.. ^^ and especially with my son~ i never know that he like kids.. LOL

and, May Sze and Keat were happy after the dinner… May Sze said she didnt felt sooooooooooo relax for a long time already..duh, stupid Keat asked him to mix the red wine and white wine together and then drink it.. and i cant believe May Sze actually listen to him.. and she was sooooo damn high after the alcohol~ LOL

and keat.. until now, i still dunno why he was soo happy tonite..he said he is really happy tonite.. and he said he got a looooooong time never feel this happy already.. he said he is really proud of me.. proud of me on what? i dunno. and he said i am really great “mui mui”.. why did he said so? i also dunno.. oh wel.. i dont care that much… as long he is happy.. this guy is so hard to be happy~

Any way, after keat went home.. and me and my family went to northcote to drop my uniform at ww (woolworth).. as usual, May Sze always followed me into ww..and i showed her Vishu, Ram and Tony… and stupid May Sze really gone soooo damn high after the alcohol.. she keep grabbed me to walk passed by Tony.. of course i escape.. ^^ why would i want to see him wor…. and i not even said “hi” to Vishu and Tony~ ^^

oh well, after sent may sze home.. Keat, May Sze and me keep chat online.. three of us really gone soo happy.. i dunno why.. i know why May Sze was high~

But, Keat.. i kinda know, may be coz of my family? may be my family’s crazy attitude made him feel the warm of my family??? as i know he and his family relationship is not as good as me and my family.. but i still dunno why does he keep said he is proud of me.. and keep said i am great “mui mui”.. i asked him why.. he just said i made him very very happy tonite…=_=!!! i dunno should i feel happy or not.. haha

This is the Mains~ “Roasted beef sirloin with mushroom and spinach pie and red winte butter”  to tell the truth, today is waaay smaller than normal … i wonder why~

 

 

 Too bad… i cant remember what this name..but is something Cheese and Crackers…the cheese is really nice.. except.. the blue cheese.. my family didnt finish the cheese… especially KEAT.. he is not even eat anything of the cheese.. i was the took this photo.. kinda rush.. so.. is not a good photo..=_=

 

This is the Dessert~ is “Parline Parfait” i named it as 帕林怕肥~ LOL just to made me easier to remember.. hehe i know is stupid.. but oh well.. who care.. BTW, its is really nice~ all of the chocolate and the ice cream are made by our student who learnt cheft ooh~~~ ^^ so proud of them.. hehe

 

This is cup cake.. i not sure does there have any name or not.. all i know is, this mini cup cake is have to be eat together while you drinking the coffee below!!!

 

 This is the coffee.. i cant really remember what is the name already.. i learnt how to made this coffee.. and also coffee mix with alcohol.. but not like you guys can see if we mix with the alcohol.. is still black.. well, top made this coffee.. put a small amount ot raw sugar underneath.. and then, put the coffee on top.. and stir it till we cant see any sugar in the cup.. then we have to put a spoon on top of the coffee.. and  the top of this coffee is cream.. and then we have to slowly to put the cream on the coffee.. its is really nice to drink! i actually like to drink this! ^^ 

 
 May sze and ME~ ^^ or i should said the drunk gal and me~^^Thanks for staying  for me~^^and soo glad that you do feel relax after your “red + white wine” ^^and it is really good that made you feel relax.. you and me happened too many thing already.. it is really a good time to let you be relax.. and continue to face our problem~ ^^

 

Keat and ME~^^ my dear Bro~^^thanks for came here for support me~^^ is soo  glad that you enjoy the dinner and you feel happy~ if this really made you feel soo happy~ then i really hope there is such thing for everyday.. so you can be happy like today always.. from the day i know you till now.. i never seen you this happy before~ i really hope your happy will last long~  

 

 

Thanks for being in my group for these 6 weeks.. we from stranger and became a group who always work in happily every time we got class.. thanks for helped me in the class when i needed help.. we might not in the same group for kitchen.. but i am really glad to be fren and class mate with you guys! stream 13B~ i love you guys!! and thanks of you guys.. i do starting to like to be waitressing~ LOL~ i know we are learnin to be a manager not waitressing~ but you guys really brought lots of fun to me in these 6 weeks~ i hope you guys wont forgot bout me “cream gal!” ^^

Well, as i told you guys before.. i  really dont like you guys when i first saw you. coz i thought you guys are that type of Chinese gals that i dont like. but the more i hang out with you guys, you guys just GREAT!! funny!! and really brought sooo much fun for me! thanks for letting me bullied you guys and you guys NEVER got pissed!!! ^_^
