Thursday
This week is my 3rd week in the kitchen.. Thursday nite was my last dessert lesson. i’m in the same group with Josh B, Apple and Lepus… This day lesson are way easier than before.. ooh.. may be just coz i choose Chocolate Mousse to made.. ^^ coz i am like to eat that..
any way, eventho is easy.. but i still work under stress.. especially after the cake.. i am sooo worry i am going to failed again…coz the Chocolate Mousse got quite lots of step of making it.. our lecturer want two of us to make the Chocolate Mousse, so.. in my group, me and Josh made the Chocolate Mousse…
today, we learn something new… we learnt to use chocolate to draw and use it as granish.. soooo cool… all you need to do is melt the chocolate and then put into a paper cone.. and squiz it out on baking paper.. and then just put into fridge.. and when the chocolate became hard.. we can just take it out and decorate our dishes~
and we also learnt to use a spoon to scoop out the cream to be like a “mouse” design.. sooooo cool~~ all we need to do is use a metal spoon wash with HOT water and jst slowly.. slowly scroll the cream to the same.. and put in on our place ^^
from the photo, you would not really see how is the Chocolate Mousse look like.. coz its in a small tiny cup.. and the White small thing look like MOUSe shape are the cream..
by the way, i am soo proud of my Chocolate Mousse!! coz our lecturer Chirstine said out of our group dishes.. mine is the best! i got 10/10
