Start from this week, i will be in the same group with Nicky, Apple, Min and Santokh till out pratical assessment. As i said before, i am soooo not happy bout being in the same group with Santokh. coz he do everything really slow, and he didnt know much of things. i was worried that he will pull down our group…
compare to Lepus group.. omg…poor Lepus.. remember last week i said me and her were in a group with two? and this week she happen again.. but lucky is not me~ ^^ she and her group member name Jasmina were sooooooo busy of making 6 dishes.. poor things..
since my group got 5 ppls, and the dish that i incharge was kinda easy.. so, i went to help her group and made Potato Mash, Italian Potato Cake ^^
so.. that nite.. i made three dishes.. Potato Mash, Italian Potato Cake for Lepus group, AND Chicken Supreme with crisp prosciutto for my group.
The way to cook this chicken kinda unique for me.. coz i never know that we can just cut a “pocket” in chicken breast and then put in the chicken fillet into the “pocket” to made the chicken taste nicer..^^ and then use the ham to wrap the chicken breast and then just fried it.. and then roast it~ ^^
This beef, every one of our group helped Min to get ready. Because this need 2 hours to cook…so.. i also helped one meh~ i mean cut the ingredient.. haha^^
this look weird is because this is when we ready to plate the food.. and start decoration…that why this one look bit.. hmm.. weird.. haha.. but we have to made it round and smooth by using a circle ring to match with other dish as well..
