continue from my previous article~ ^^ thursday nite had a nite class.. we still learning made Entrees course.. this time we made “Beetroot, Feta and Prosciutto Salad”, “Chicken Kebab with roasted Fid Salad” and “Gnocchi with Ham, Spinach, Portobello Mushroom.”
I am the “Chef de Partie”, basicly just a leader of a team, this week my group got Kath, Christina and Azrain.
Azrain is his first time in Kitchen class, so our lecturer want Kath to teach Azrain, so both of them made the beetroot, Christina made the Mushroom and i made the chicken kebab~
Chicken.. i hate touch uncook chicken.. and this time i have to touch it..geez.. i miss may sze soo much when i touch the chicken.. ^^ MAY SZE HOR?! any way, lucky the chicken already cut properly.. all i need to do is cut it into cube shape.. so is not that yuck for me..
i feel sooooooo lucky i didnt choose the beetroot~ i dunno why was it happen.. but when you cook the beetroot with the pan~ the pan will burn~ hmmm… i not really know how to explain in english.. oh well.. just the fire gone really high?! get what i mean? lol~ no matter what.. it real scary for me!

thursday nite we finish class around 9.30pm.. and friday morning we have to be there at 7.45am~haiz… soooo damn tired… our lecturer said this is the real life for hospitality.. never got to finish ealier, and have to wake up real early to start for another day
this day we made desserts, to be honest.. i dunno what is the dessert name.. coz in our notes.. it have different part for making this desserts.. like the pineapple, citrus panna cotta, almond-pistachio biscotti… these three part of sides are to be one dessert… which look like this…
This desserts was ready by our lecturer.. i like hers design…
i am the one who made the Citrus Panna Cotta, is the thing in the cup.. its look like pudding.. but.. its not…
Almond-Pistachio Biscotti - Kath
the Almond-Pistachio Biscotti is made by Kath, and the Pineapple thing is made by Josh H who from Malaysia…^^well, and this is our group design~
Other than these, we also have to made others meal. Cherry Almond Cake, and Fruitine.
i was the one who made Cherry Almond Cake, Christina made Fruitine. Two of us made two things.. that why both of us were like in messed during the class. especially me… both of the things is sooo many things have to do in the same time.. i really wish i will have extra hands… LOL
and.. you know what happen on me? my cake TOTALY FAILED and it look like a shit! yeah.. i dunno what wrong on my cake.. may be i didnt drain the cherries well.. so still got the juice, and i just mix up with the flour.. LOL..
but i asked my lecturer assisstant before whether is my cake cooked already or not.. i put into the oven for 45 minutes already, but still uncooked.. soo sad.. haiz…

look really shit rite? haiz… and i was soooooo proud of my “shit” haha..i feel soo funny and i keep taking photo of it…
becoz is not really cook, so the cake still wet.. but at least it still taste good ler.. my lecturer said its taste good, but she feel like eating pudding..

soo sad… haiz…
we still need the cake for our next lesson class for add something on.. obviously our group dont have a cake.. thanks to me… so.. my lecturer said i am going to use hers.. ^^ so sad that even Santokh did better than me.. this is his cake… mine is totaly failed rite?

i not sure what are we going to do on these two things for our next lesson.. i wish wont be like this .. sooo black and …..yuck…. i mean the look lar.. not the taste lar…
