this week is my 2nd weeks in kitchen class…to be honest, kitchen work really soo damn tired compare to restaurant.. in restaurant, all you need to do is serve customer.. but in the kitchen.. geez… no matter what you do.. you have to be really QUICK!!!!
lucky sometime i help my mum in house.. if not, i think i will cut my fingger for sooo many times already..
Kitchen work is not that hard as i thought before… at least i can regonised more ingredient compare to my others classmate.. i think may be is coz i work in a supermarket and vage shop before.. so.. i get to know more.. they know for these general fruit and vage.. but when come to herbs.. many of them dont really know what is that.. like stupid tyhme.. omg.. i hate tyhme sooooooo much! it have really strong smells!!!
back to my topic~ we work in a group of 4-5, so basicly one person have to make one ~ so last week, i learn to make “Vietnamese Sour Squid
Salad”.. is Entree course.. learn how to cut squid, how to made the sauces etc.. is not that hard to made it actually.. just follow everything from the recepi that lecturer given us.. any way, there are the photos for last weeks

i have stay to in this kitchen to learn cooking for 6 weeks.. >_< sucks man~ this place full of stress~!!!
