Happiness never Stops With YOU ♥: 3rd Week in Kitchen (part 2)

Today~! is the most ANNOYING day for me ever in the kitchen~! you know why i said this?

today is my turn to be the Sous Chef (leader in the kitchen) as well as Santokh..omg.. this Santokh really cant work properly.. i mean.. the way he walk.. the way he do everything just sooo slow.. sooo slow…. both of us are the Sous Chef, so we have to be there early to check the cleanning, check the tempature of all the fridge, separate the duty for the Chef De Partie.. blah blah.. but! i am the only one doing it~ F*** man! and he did nothing~! i asked him “do you know you are the Sous Chef today?” all he gave me the answer is…………”YES” and walked away.. slowly.. and still did nothing..~! and i was like “EXCUSE ME? do you know what to do as a Sous Chef?” and again.. i got the answer that i am not suprising..”NO i dont..you can do it for me..” WTF?!

we got four group in one class.. and one group we got around 4-5 students.. so we get to separate our job became much more easier.. This week i got 4 ppls include me as a group.. Josh, Apple, Lepus and me…and today.. only me and Lepus shows up at the begining of the class… i told our lecturer that we only got two ppls in our group.. and we asked her could we join to Samantha group since hers only got 3 ppls..

our lecturer Ulrikine said we are not allow to change our group, coz she want us to try what happen to the real life in the hospitality when our team member didnt shows up~ and she still want us to finish up the 6 dishes for two course.. F*** MAN! me and Lepus not even really know how to cook.. and she want us to ready 6 dishes..!! to be honest! i was really pissed on Josh and Apple..

but, after that me and Lepus start getting busier.. and i almost forgot bout them..lucky, josh turned up after half and hour.. Lepus is making Moroccan Lamb Tagine is kinda more things to do for it.. so i asked Josh to help Lepus…

i making the Glazed Tamarind Salmon with Pearl Barley, i choose this course is because my parent like to eat Salmon.. i want to learn it and cook for them one day.. lucky~! Samantha doing the same course as well.. so.. me and her like work as a team work.. eventho we are not in the same group.. Samantha helped me really lots lots today.. really appreciate her help sooo much~!

we kinda getting easier after Josh showed up, BUT! stupid Chirstine (yesterda lecturer) she is very not happy bout our dishes yesterday nite.. especially the Sticky Date Pudding with Pecan Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Brownie. She said the taste are alrite.. but not the way we plating~! not only our group.. but the WHOLE CLASS..~! so.. she asked the Chef De Partie to send one ppl from each group to re-plate again…Lepus is the Chef De Partie today, and she was really pissed about Josh showing up late.. so she sent him to re-plate the things..AND we are back to two ppl in our group again..

oh well, eventho we had a really busy lesson today.. but we ended up done GREAT!!! look at this!!! got help from other group! and we actually made it!!! lol this is call TEAM WORK~!

when we finish everythings, left cleaning… me and Lepus were soooo excited.. and we took some photos in class..and guess what? coz of taking photo, i argue with one of our kiwi’s student in my class.

we were taking photo, together with Samantha~ coz my group and her group almost helped each others and finish everything on time~! of course we were proud of ourselves.. and we want to take photo for memory…

and while we taking photo. Stacey the kiwi gals was like “every one are busy cleaning now, and you guys like having fun for taking photo! stop and hurry up do your cleaning!!”

EXCUSE ME? i am the Sous Chef today, why are you asking me to listen to you?! of course.. i didnt said this out.. and i was answered her nicely and said

"we did this two course by only two of us.. why cant we just take a photo of it?”
"but everyone are busy now, and you guys having fun here.. dont you think is unfair?”
"i just need some time to take photo of or food.. it wont take long.!”
"but stil wasting of our time and we wil go home late coz you guys waste up the time for taking photo!”

OKAY~ i am really pissed that time..especialy she said
"its your fault if we finish class late, i wonder why ASIAN love to taking photo for these stupid thing and wasting of time”
and i said “are you just jaelous that i didnt asked your for taking photo with me?!”

YUP~ the way i said was really rude.. and BITCH~! but cant help.. i am really angry that time. all of my frens were like pull me away from stacey.. lucky they did.. if not.. i dunno what i will do to her..

i was tried to not argue with her more.. so i stared at her and walked away..F*** she such B**** this time! i mean, she not even give a hand for our group.. and she just keep chat with her others kiwi fren and not really help her group either…and her frens just went home early without telling me! we are in a team even though we are not same group.. but in a kitchen we still working as TEAM! and she just finish off her duty.. and did nothing~! and she try to complain ? EXCUSE ME?!

after finish let our lecturer check our dishes, Christine and Urilkine our two lecturer check ours group.. coz we KINDA work as two ppl in our group.. and they want to look what we have done..

Christine and Urlikine were really happy about two of us get to finish everything by ourselves and got help from some others group~ and Christine said she gave us 200% today~! And i was soooooooo happy and i have her a hug~! Stacey was there that time.. and.. i know.. when i hugged Christine.. Stacey was stare at me.. ^^ haha~ at least she heard what Christine said ~ 200%~！rub in her face!!! YEAH
