Chocolate in Lecturer ^^

got my business class from 11am to 2pm, today got professionals pratice and statistic…the professionals practice sooo bored… and my lecturer just remind me that we having a test next monday… shit.. and i havent really finish done my e-portfolio…yeah.. after blogging i really need to working on for my e-portfolio before next monday.. after that i got statistic, this class is the my favourite class among professionals practice, Finance and accounting…these three are sooooo bored!!! only stat is fun for mei still love MATH the most.. haha..

after finish stat, as usual i need to rush all the way from WF building to WE building for my hospitality’s kitchen lecturer which start at 2pm.. always sweat when i reach WE building by runningwhat can i do ? i am fat mar…

today in kitchen lecturer, we learning about “Food presentation and taste” so, we got to eat some chocolate ^^

my lecturer asked us to taste the chocolate twice.. once with open our eyes, once with close our eyes… to be honest, it actually taste different dont asked me why, i dunno how to explain..

the first chocolate is Caillabard Dark Chocolate, when i eat with my eyes open, its feel bitter, BUT when i eat it with my eyes close… its taste soooooo NICE, and also taste REAL CHOCOLATE and i cant even taste any bitter.

The second chocolate is Compound Chocolate, when i eat it with my eyes open, its taste sooooo damn sweet and i can taste the butter taste so much~! BUT when i eat it with my eyes close, its taste nothing just like normal chocolate like really plain chocolate… so not nice…

the last one, obviously is White Chocolate, when i eat it with my eyes open, its taste sooo creamy but quite nice…BUT when i eat it again with my eyes close.. its taste the same with the compound chocolate…

SO~ next time when you eat chocolate.. choose to eat dark chocolate.. and REMEMBER to close your eyes when you eat them~

After chocolate, we had to taste some others taste.. my lecturer want us to taste these with our tounge..

• Sweetness – the front tip of tounge
• Saltiness – the front edge of tounge
• Sourness – along the sides of tounge
• Bitterness – acrouss the back of tounge

so basicly, one things we have to taste few times… after the chocolate.. nothing taste good… i mean, you can see from the photo.. got Japanese soya sausce, Thai sweet and chilli, soya sausce, salt, lemon, chocolate muffin? ( i not really know what is that) ^^ any way, feel sooo yuck.. for real~

After finish class, i walked out with Samantha and Josh – my two new malaysian fren to  be honest, the very first time i saw both of them.. i felt they really snobby~ but after talked with them, they are awesome~ soo crazy man.. LOL~

Josh went to gym, so left me and Samantha.. we decided to have coffee from Starbucks…omg.. i really had a long time didnt drink my White Chocolate Mocca~! is it the way spell of mocca? or moccha? lol.. i dunno how to spell it and YET i like it.. so stupid rite? ^^

Samantha smoke, so we went to smoke area and sat down there and chat.. This is the first time ever i sit at the smoke area.. omg.. i was sooooo hard to breath that time but after some times i get used to it (COZ the wind didnt blow the smoke to my side^^) but still dont like the smell~

me and Samantha were sat at there.. and chat chat chat chat.. walao~ my mouth really cant SHUT one ler.. i really need to control my mouth.. dont talk soo much.. LOL.. if not i really became CHICKEN BUTTOCK~! hahahaha~

Samantha told me that she realized there are not have such things name Friendship, coz no matter what.. friendship wont last long.. i dunno what happen on her before, she just told me that her best fren lie on her.. but, i disagree..i will try my best to keep me and my fren’s frenship as long as possible.. i’m not greedy.. at least one~ will be enough for my entire of my life~ is not greedy rite?

i just want at least one guy and one girl to be my best fren forever~ is it the meaning of BFF? i think so.. yeah.. now, i got Xindy, Chui Ping, Soo Chin, May Sze, Keat, Hamizan, Ai Soon.. i really soooo 幸福rite?
